Insurance Participation
Our financial team is available to explain the costs of treatment and the extent of your insurance coverage prior to a treatment cycle. They are experts in both healthcare and insurance issues, especially those related to infertility. This expertise allows them to serve as advocates for our patients and help you understand your infertility benefits. As a service to our patients, we will contact the patient’s insurance provider to identify insurance coverage for infertility diagnostic testing treatment as well as pharmaceutical benefits. We will also file claims with our contracted insurance plans as well as accept assignment of benefit payments, thereby reducing your out-of-pocket costs.

Financing Options
The Fertility Center of Las Vegas works with a variety of financing companies to provide our patients with easy and affordable options to pay for medical expenses at our practice.

Fertility Center of Las Vegas Payment Plan
The Fertility Center of Las Vegas offers an in-office payment plan with a fee of 15% of the total amount being financed.  A down payment will be required.  This will depend on the type of cycle being financed.  The balance will need to be paid in full within 6 months.  A credit card authorization form with a copy of the driver’s license and the front and back of the credit card will be required.  The monthly payment will be processed by the Fertility Center of Las Vegas on the 15th of each month.  For additional information, please contact Jennifer Cavanaugh, Billing Supervisor at 702-254-1777. Med Loan Finance
• This is a credit card that can be used towards all medical expenses.
