Q. What Do I Need to Bring to My Nutritional Consultation

To make the best use of your time with the dietitian, it is important to provide the following information:
  1. Current Height and Weight and Activity Level- how often do you exercise, and what is your regimen- ex; cardio, weights, Pilates, yoga, etc

  3. List of medications and supplements you are currently taking, including herbal products.
  4. Any questions you may have.

Q. What Will the Consultation Provide

The consultation is one hour in length and within that time you will be provided with an evaluation of your current nutritional status, a personalized meal plan that highlights the areas where you may be currently falling short , and several specific goals to work on. You will know if your pre-natal vitamin and current nutrition habits are adequate to meet your estimated needs for calories, protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamins and minerals.
