To make your experience with us as easy and enjoyable as possible, The Fertility
Center of Las Vegas offers a special complimentary concierge service to our out-of-town
patients. Provided exclusively for our patients living outside of a 100 mile radius
of Las Vegas, this service includes your choice of one (1) of the following:

          • Free one (1) night stay at the JW Marriott during week of retrieval/transfer*
          • Two (2) tickets to a select Las Vegas Show**
          • Dinner for two (2) at a premiere Las Vegas Restaurant**

In addition we will also provide the following services:

          • 65% discount on a New Patient Phone Consultation.
          • Assistance with additional hotel and housing reservations; provide discounts
          when available.
          • Provide information about shows or other entertainment activities.

*Patients must contact Shiva Khashabi before booking hotel accommodations. Fertility Center of Las Vegas will cover the cost of the hotel room only; the patient will incur all other costs. If additional nights are requested, patients will receive the FCLV corporate rate per night to be paid by the patient. Rooms at the JW Marriott are dependent on availability and may be booked at another premier hotel if full.
